Best Walking Cities" according to Prevention magazine

Most Fun Cities. Portland ranked #11 among the top 50.

college-educated (at least a bachelor's degree) people into
the area is important because "they provide a measure of
economic opportunity in the area, while simultaneously serving
to raise the area's stock of 'human capital.' This increase,
in turn, fosters future economic growth in sectors [where] education
plays a key role."
