Our employees can take advantage of WebTrends-provided benefits
from their first day at work. Employees can select among a variety
of health plan options that's right for them and/or their family.
Protecting Our Employees and Families
All WebTrends employees are eligible for employer-paid life
insurance protection at multiples of their salary to a maximum
of $350,000; accidental to $700,000. There is an additional
choice of adding more life insurance for the employee and their
families up to $500,000. For short term stays away from work,
there is salary continuation; for longer terms, disability benefits
with an option of a tax-free benefit.
Planning for the Future
Within WebTrends 401(k) Retirement Plan, our employees can choose
to invest among 23 funds ranging from conservative money market
funds to always-on-the-move international stock funds. WebTrends
makes the investment sweeter with an employer match. Our plan
has all the perks, such as loan availability, online statements
and daily transfers.
Tax Savings
WebTrends provides the opportunity to save tax dollars by providing
Flexible Spending Accounts for medical and dependent care expenses.
In support of our community, we also encourage employees to
take advantage of the tax-free savings of our qualified transportation,
parking and van-pooling program.
Kicking Back and Putting Your Feet Up
WebTrends chooses eight holidays each year to recognize as company
holidays. An additional two are chosen personally by each employee.
Vacation is accrued at three weeks a year to start, and then
one additional day is added each year up to 20 days.

It's a beautiful day walking through downtown Portland, Oregon,
where WebTrends is located in the midst of the downtown buzz.
It's also convenient to Tri-Met transit. To make it even easier,
WebTrends helps employees with an employer match on Tri-Met
passes.

Eat, Drink & Be Merry!
- Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream Party-All you need to bring on a hot August afternoon is your appetite!
- Summer Picnic at the Oregon Zoo- Always the Saturday after Labor Day and always a great time for friends and family.
- Portland Beaver’s- The entire site, well almost, was treated to a Beavers' game, hot dogs, and beer and we're doing it again on July 21st.
- Holiday Parties- Treats, not Tricks, are handed out at the WebTrends annual Halloween party and a ‘roaming keg’ pushed by the Corporate Controller was the highlight of this year’s Leap Day Party!
- Join the WebTrends Events Committee and take part in planning these fun events.
Get Involved & Give Back!
- Take part in a photography exhibit where items will be auctioned off and money raised for Tools for Schools (sponsored by the Product Development Team).
- Plant trees in Portland and Vancouver with Friends of Trees.
- Staff the phones at the annual Oregon Public Broadcasting Pledge Drive.
- Join the WebTrends Community Involvement Team.
Play Hard!
- Join the WebTrends Poker League.
- Run along the river or up in the hills
- Compete with or cheer on the WebTrends Softball team at
the Annual Doernbecher Softball Tournament.
