Generator Group welcomes talent management expert Elaine Lees
Generator Group announces the addition of Elaine Lees as Partner and VP of Talent Management. As a new Partner, Ms. Lees will lead the firm’s new Talent Management practice area.

Ms. Lees joins Generator Group from MBL Group, an HR firm in Portland OR, where she was most recently Director, leading talent management offerings. Prior to her role at MBL Group, Elaine was Vice President of Human Resources for Kronos Talent Management Division (formerly Unicru). She has spent over twenty years in roles of increasing responsibility and seniority in services, technology, manufacturing and utilities, including positions at Intel, Time Warner Cable and New Edge Networks. Ms. Lees earned her MBA from University of Houston.
