Phase

structure.

Phase Two -
Workforce Analysis

Includes conducting a thorough Workforce Analysis to
determine how work must be performed to meet and achieve the expectations of
the organization. Phase two involves the review of work tasks, the
identification of competencies, and a determination of measurements and metrics
for success.

Phase Three – Implementation

Phase
three involves the implementation of a human capital strategic plan, with
ongoing infrastructure support, staff development and performance monitoring
for the organization.  The Model for Human

organizational design come together to ensure organizational accountability
cascades throughout every level within the organization.
