Phase

Phase Two -
Workforce Analysis

determine how work must be performed to meet and achieve the expectations of
the organization. Phase two involves the review of work tasks, the
identification of competencies, and a determination of measurements and metrics
for success.
Phase Three – Implementation
Phase
three involves the implementation of a human capital strategic plan, with
ongoing infrastructure support, staff development and performance monitoring

cascades throughout every level within the organization.
