Dr. Charles Handler founded Rocket-Hire to provide expertise on the design, implementation, and validation of employee selection systems. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Louisiana State University and has been working as an employee selection specialist for over 10 years. Dr. Handler also has extensive experience in a number of industries including, retail, manufacturing, telecommunications, high-tech, and public sector.

Currently residing in New Orleans, Dr. Handler actively writes and speaks about online assessment and other strategic HR issues. Dr. Handler is the author of the "Rocket-Hire Buyer's Guide to Web Based Screening and Staffing Assessment Systems" and is a regular contributor to Workforce Magazine, and SHRM's Employment Management Association Employment Management Today Magazine. Dr. Handler is also a regular columnist for the Electronic Recruiting Exchange's daily online newsletter.
